1. GENERAL PROVISIONS Welcome to the Way of the Wicked. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from “The Management” (hereinafter “We,” “Us,” or “The Seller”). By placing an order, you (the “Vessel” or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS (The “Novelty” Clause) All products sold on this site—including “Soul Contracts,” “Indulgences,” “Certificates,” and “Personalized Videos”—are sold strictly as novelty items for entertainment purposes only.
- No Spiritual Binding: The “Soul Contract” is a piece of art. It carries no spiritual, theological, or legal weight regarding the actual destination of your eternal soul.
- Satire: The persona “Lucifer Morningstar” is a fictional character. Advice given in personalized videos/letters is satirical. We are not responsible if you follow satirical advice and face real-world consequences (e.g., getting fired for “Sloth”).
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in USD.
- We are based in Sweden. If you are purchasing from outside the EU, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
- VAT/Taxes: For customers within the EU, Swedish VAT (Moms) is included in the price. For international customers, you are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by your local government.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Physical Goods: We ship from Sweden via PostNord (or standard mail). Delivery times vary by region (Europe: 5-10 days; Rest of World: 10-21 days).
- Digital Goods: Personalized Videos will be delivered via email link within 7 days of purchase.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Ångerrätt) & RETURNS Under EU Consumer Law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. However, vital exceptions apply:
- A. Personalized Items (No Refunds): Products made to your specific instructions (e.g., Personalized Videos, Personalized Letters, Certificates with your name printed) are EXEMPT from the right of withdrawal. Once work has begun on these items, no refunds will be issued.
- B. Standard Physical Goods (e.g., Blank Vouchers, Prints): You may return these within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Return Shipping: The Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs to Sweden.
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
6. GOVERNING LAW These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Sweden.
